Vietnam’s Lang Cô village is already a sanctuary itself but what if there’s another way to elevate the experience? That’s what we found in Banyan Tree, a multi-award winning hotel in Central Vietnam.
Having stayed there during our time in Vietnam in 2019, we thought it best to share our thoughts to everyone considering booking a night or two.
Of pool villas & luxury hideaways
All accommodations offered by Banyan Tree Lang Cô are exclusive and spacious pool villas. You can basically go take a dip in the pool anytime since it’s just outside your doorstep! They offer suites that have a view of the lagoon and the sea. We think that wherever you end up in you’re still getting rewarded by a 10/10 view.
We personally stayed at the …. and we found them …..
The activities and amenities offered also elevated the luxury hideaway experience. Banyan Tree Lang Cô is quite known for its spa treatments. They offer three spa treatments—Cajaput Healer, Royal Banyan, and Tropical Rainmist. We were able to get a taste of…
If you’re the more active or adventurous type of experience-seeker, they also offer Vietnamese cooking classes, lantern-making classes, and boat excursions. Definitely worth looking into if you’d like to immerse yourself in Vietnamese culture and landscapes.
…and this isn’t just because it’s a central Vietnam hotel. Banyan Tree Lang Cô is in close proximity to three UNESCO-listed World Heritage sites. The hotel itself can serve as your base as you explore Hoi An Ancient Town, The Imperial Citadel of Hue and My Son Sanctuary—all destinations that are just an hour’s drive away.
Though with how the comfort offered by the hotel can be an experience itself, we wouldn’t mind just staying and strolling the place.
Diverse dining experiences offered
While staying at Banyan Tree, expect to choose from six cuisines and dining experiences. The floating breakfast specifically captured our attention. It’s like having breakfast in bed but while enjoying your morning swim!
They have restaurants that can be perfect for any occasion. Want to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine? The Water Court is worth checking out. Scheduled a date night? You might find yourself booking a reservation in Destination Dining and Saffron. See? They have something for everyone.
Everyone but we specifically recommend this to couple travelers, especially those who are searching for a honeymoon spot or who are celebrating an anniversary.
